I’m Helen, I live on the edge of Brighton and love being in the great outdoors. I’ve used a mix of meditation, journaling, counselling and ISA (Institute of Self Actualisation) group work to reflect on what makes me/us tick.
I’ve gained exceptional interpersonal communication skills over the decades, working in diverse community and teaching roles. My own life challenges have led me on a journey of self-discovery and to deduce that it is not ‘What’ happens to us rather than, ‘How’ we respond to these challenges, that ultimately shapes us.
In other words, our beliefs have the power to limit us, or, if we let them go, to set us free. What I personally love about RTT is that it recognises ‘You’ as the expert in your life.
Through hypnosis we can access memories and join up the dots to discover where our debilitating thoughts and habits came from. When you recognise how and why you think and behave as you do, you can let go, take back control, and live your best life.

My goal is to guide my clients to find their own, authentic voice and truth. I use my heart, ears and intuition as my antenna and to provide a safe, nurturing space for my clients. What to expect
Step 1 - Discovery Call
A complimentary, confidential 15-minute discovery call to discuss your
issue and for us to see if we are a good fit.
If so, we will have a second 30/45 minute ‘Intake Call’ to prepare for the session, where I will explain what to expect from the session and you can ask any questions.
Step 2 - Your Session
This will either be in person or via Zoom, a few days after our Intake call.
I recommend setting aside up to 2.5 hours for the session. At the end, I will make you a bespoke recording to listen to daily.
Step 3 - Bespoke Recording
After your session, you'll receive your bespoke recording which you agree to listen to it for 21 days.
This is ‘key’ to the success of your RTT session and the transformation, helping to recode and rewire your mind.
I'll call you after 10 and 21 days, to check in with your progress. This and a 30-day WhatsApp link are both included in your 30 Day package

Before the RTT session I was pretty stuck, I have childhood trauma and was overwhelmed with memories, intrusive thoughts and flashbacks. I felt challenged with thoughts of self-harm and suicide which I’ve battled for years. My energy is low, the trauma manifested as physical illnesses stopped me working, enjoying life and able to trust my own judgments.
Once I got used to Zoom, I felt listened to and heard and you probed to see exactly what the issues were, and what I wanted to address. It was difficult but the appropriate memories came back. I was surprised by this and there was more detail than before. I felt lighter and clearer, noticed a change in my behaviour and how I felt. After weeks of my head feeling confused and wanting to end my life, my head felt quiet.
I listened to the recording nightly which helped install new beliefs and prevent me backsliding. The second session helped me greatly and I noticed a difference in my thinking. I became aware that I try to fix everyone and have too much regard for what others think. It was like the blinkers had been removed, I could clearly see what I was doing and rein in my need to fix everyone. I felt different in my core beliefs.
My third session seems to have massively shifted something, it really unlocked something I was unaware of. Since the session I’ve been more motivated, had more energy, left the house and turned a massive corner with chronic fatigue and ME, my body feels more ready to move. The recording really sinks in if used daily. It updates my inner script and core beliefs and I identified all the core beliefs which were lies.
I generally feel clearer, am setting better boundaries including saying how I really feel, where in the past I’d have said nothing. My sleep quality’s improved dramatically so has my ability to get up and function. I’ve enjoyed the sessions and it’s clear how invested you to root out exactly what I need to work on even if I’m not always clear. Also, that you deeply care about how I feel. It’s an individualised experience and doesn’t feel like you’re following a script and reflects that you can see me and my needs. I would highly recommend that they see you as this treatment really has changed and improved my life a great deal.
30 Day RTT Package
+ Thorough and in-depth Consultation call – 30/45 minutes.
+ Short ‘priming’ recording to listen to prior to RTT Session.
+ Complete RTT Session – 2-3 hours – On Zoom or In Person.
+ A bespoke and personalised recording based on ‘what you
want’, to listen to for 21 days minimum as agreed.
+ 30 Days follow up Support via Whatsapp.
+ Two Support calls of 30 minutes each over the 30 Days.

60 - 90 Day Complete Package
+ For the Complete Package of 3 Sessions you will receive all
of the above on three separate occasions.
+ It will realistically take between 9 and 12 weeks to complete
all Three sessions, unless we decide otherwise.
+ It is recommended to listen to the Recording for three weeks
so it is preferable to space each session three weeks or so
apart.
In my experience if you have long term issues stemming from
Childhood or Addiction issues it may be necessary to spend a
little more time looking at the distinct issues that arise.
